A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Jean joined PEC in January of 2009. Licensed in MD, DC, and VA
in the areas of Life and Health Insurance, Jean brings with her a strong customer service background and more than
27 years of executive analytical and administrative support experience in the area of group benefits. She is also an
active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Jean is the Plan Administrator for PEC’s extensive employee benefits program, including health, life, dental, vision,
disability, EAP, FSA, HRA, and 401(k) Profit Sharing & Trust. Jean’s other responsibilities include the development
and implementation of HR policies and procedures; the recruitment, screening, and orientation of new hires; the implementation
of transfers, promotions, and terminations/resignations; maintaining and assuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and safekeeping of personnel
records; advising senior management in resolving sensitive personnel matters; and developing and maintaining affirmative action programs,
records, and reports to ensure compliance with EEO & OFCCP regulations.
