Quality Assurance Services

PEC provides quality assurance (QA) program solutions for large and small corporate and federal organizations including the Office of Quality Assurance Policy and Assistance (OQA) in the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Program and Project Services

PEC brings over 15 years of experience in helping develop and improve government programs and projects in both HQ and field operations. Our staff have provided expert programmatic strategies and advice to high-level government officials, and support inter-agency forums, working groups, and advisory councils. Through our direct experience with field elements, PEC understands the importance of maintaining an operational awareness of field project implementation issues, the need to foster participation of field elements in providing feedback on directives and standards, and the sharing of lessons learned and best practices among field personnel. Our program and project consulting capability is further supplemented by PEC’s quality management culture, technical expertise, and large established network of consultants. This diversity, capability, and experience has served numerous clients in government and private industry since PEC’s inception.
