Cindy Lastuvka is the Vice President of Contracts and Facility Security Officer of Corporate Services.  Ms. Lastuvka has over 25 years of professional administrative experience including contractual and accounting experience. She has a proven track record of quality and efficiency.

Ms. Lastuvka provides corporate leadership in all contractual and security areas within the Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC).  Her responsibilities include full life cycle contract and subcontract management, which includes all pre-award, post-award and closeout activities for all Government and commercial contracts.  She reviews and provides advisory assistance for all business opportunities including Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.  Ms. Lastuvka also manages PEC’s Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) annual certifications and relevancy to current and potential contracts.  She processes and monitors all clearances and building access badge holders and ensures that PEC is in compliance with all Government security regulations.
