
Mr. Masur is the Senior Vice President for Security Training and Intelligence for the Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC). He joined PEC in 2016 and previously served as Vice President for Federal Agent Support Services where he led the PEC Federal training support team for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Secure Transportation (OST).
Mr. Masur is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, retiring after 30 years as a Colonel. He served in numerous command and operations billets within the Marine Corps, as well as within the Special Operations Community. He served as the first Commanding Officer of the Marine Special Operations Regiment responsible for preparing for combat operations and Foreign Internal Defense missions around the world. As the Operations Officer for the Marine Forces in the Pacific, he synchronized and directed operations and large-scale training exercises with U.S. allies throughout the Far East.
Mr. Masur has a B.S. in Physics from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
