Mr. Meredith is the Vice President of Environmental Program and Budget Services. He leads a Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) team that provides comprehensive technical and programmatic expertise to the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Environmental Management (EM), responsible for remediation and cleanup of the 75‑year legacy of nuclear weapons research and production facilities. He applies decades of experience and subject matter expertise to development of national waste and environmental databases, analysis of environmental cleanup alternatives, assessment of priorities, costs, impacts, and trends for use by senior DOE management.

Mr. Meredith has more than 35 years’ experience in environmental project management, budget and program analysis, requirements analysis, and program planning.

Mr. Meredith has a BA in Biological Science from the University of California.
