Heather Garrett is a Senior Director at Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC). Ms. Garrett leads a team of professionals supporting high-profile Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Transportation (DOT), and Department of Treasury (USDT) projects. Her responsibilities include developing Freedom of Information Act standard operating procedures, providing logistical planning and support for DOE events like the Waste Management Symposium, and overseeing audit schedules and program analytics for DOE’s Office of Public Radiation Protection. Ms. Garrett’s team also supports PEC’s promotional initiatives, offering design and content creation for DOE communications, from brochures and newsletters to large displays and multimedia materials.

Ms. Garrett brings over 30 years of experience in marketing communications, project management, and radio broadcasting. Before joining PEC, she worked with NCR Corporation as a Marketing Specialist, handling web development and producing marketing content for government clients. Earlier in her career, she served as a Radio Personality and Producer, honing her communication skills and working with various musical programming formats. Ms. Garrett’s diverse background reflects her expertise in client relations, event planning, and managing complex projects across sectors.

Ms. Garrett holds an MBA in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Communications from Salisbury State University. She maintains a BAO security clearance and has been actively involved in professional organizations, including her leadership role as Vice President of Communications for the Women in NCR Rockville Chapter.
