Jean Aviles, is the Senior Director, Employee Health and Welfare Benefits.  Ms. Aviles has been with the Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) since January 2009. She has a strong customer service background and more than 30 years of executive analytical and administrative support experience in the area of group benefits.  She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

As the Senior Director for PEC’s extensive employee benefits program, Ms. Aviles oversees the administration of health, life, dental, vision, and disability insurance, employee assistance, and 401(k) profit sharing and trust programs.  Other responsibilities include participating in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures; the onboarding and orientation of new hires; maintaining and assuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and safekeeping of personnel records; advising senior management in resolving sensitive personnel matters; and developing and maintaining affirmative action programs, records, and reports to ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) and other applicable Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations.

Ms. Aviles has a degree from Pennsylvania State University.
