Mr. Neave is the Vice President of Project and Acquisition Services.  He leads a team of Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) management and technical professionals that provide support to Department of Energy (DOE), including National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA), and other government and commercial clients.  Mr. Neave’s group also supports PEC business process improvement initiatives, new corporate business opportunities, and proposal development efforts.

Mr. Neave has over 40 years of professional experience in project and program management, project controls, contracts management, business process improvement, and business development.  Prior to PEC, he held several positions as program and project manager with the Department of Army, such as Deputy Director of the Countermine Development and Engineering Division for the Army’s research and development center at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Mr. Neave has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, is Lean Six Sigma trained, and maintains a DOE Q (top secret) clearance.
