Mr. Queen is the Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) Vice President of Information Technology Management. He leads a team of PEC information technology (IT) professionals who support technology services for PEC and their clients.

Mr. Queen has 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He began his career as a Microsoft certifications instructor then provided services aiding small to medium companies across a variety of industry sectors to transition to cloud services, strengthen cybersecurity posture, develop business continuity planning, and enhance regulatory preparedness.
