Mabel McGrath serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Infrastructure and Human Resources at Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC), bringing over 30 years of expertise in office administration and human resources. Ms. McGrath is dedicated to advancing PEC’s objectives through her commitment to operational excellence.

Throughout her career, Ms. McGrath has demonstrated success across a variety of roles, including project management, marketing, office administration, and client relations. In her current role, she oversees PEC’s office facilities and infrastructure projects while managing critical HR functions such as recruiting, candidate screening, onboarding, employee compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Ms. McGrath holds degrees from the University of Lima, Peru, and Towson Stratford Business School.
