Mr. Barr is the Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) Vice President for Federal Agent Support Services. He oversees the PEC team that provides training support to the Federal agents of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Secure Transportation (OST).

Mr. Barr has significant experience in instruction, curriculum development and training management after retiring from a high school math and physics teaching position and retiring as a Colonel after 34 years in the Army Reserve and National Guard. He led a team performing base sustainment operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom and was instrumental in developing training exercises to prepare other units to take on similar missions.

Mr. Barr has a B.S. in Physics from the University of Connecticut, and a Master’s degree in School Administration from Henderson State University.
