Mr. Golburgh has been the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) since 2019. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Massachusetts.

Prior to PEC, Mr. Golburgh worked as a litigator and legal advisor at Luchansky Law and then his own law office for about five years. He has held leadership positions in the healthcare and transportation sectors, including serving as Executive Vice President at Curbside Hospitality in Massachusetts. Mr. Golburgh holds a commitment to excellence in the legal and business fields, driven by a passion for advocacy and a dedication to national service.

Mr. Golburgh has a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from UMass Boston and a JD from Northeastern University.  He holds an LLM in Tax Law from Boston University and completed a judicial externship at the Massachusetts Superior Court. Mr. Golburgh also holds various other licenses and certifications.
