Samuel Kohler is the Director of Technology Solution Services.  Mr. Kohler has over 30 years of technology and Government contracting experience.  He currently directs a team of Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) programmers that specialize in providing website and database solutions with user-friendly interfaces to meet the needs and challenges of handling and analyzing large amounts of data for the Department of Energy.  Mr. Kohler adheres to mainstream business platforms along with industry and government best practices and is responsible for evaluating and implementing the emerging technologies that are most productive in a constantly growing and changing environment.
