Mr. Wilson is the Senior Vice President of Incident Response.  He currently supports the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Counterterrorism and Counterproliferation as the Program Manager for the Project enhancement Corporation (PEC) contract supporting the Office of Nuclear Incident Response.  Mr. Wilson is responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and contract requirements for PEC and other subcontractors supporting NNSA.

Prior to joining PEC, Mr. Wilson had 30 years of experience in government service including 22 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and 8 years Federal service supporting U.S. Special Operations Command.  Prior to his current PEC assignment, he spent 3 years as the PEC Program Manager supporting the DOE Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Safeguards and Security contract.

Mr. Wilson has a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Washington and an M.S. in Information Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School.
