Ms. Sparrow has been with the Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) since 2018. She currently is a Senior Research Analyst providing technical support to the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Environmental Protection and ES&H Reporting. Ms. Sparrow is also a Director within PEC where she oversees PEC staff supporting the health and safety programs within the DOE Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS). She also supports other PEC contracts with the Departments of Labor (OSHA) and Treasury.

Prior to joining the PEC team, Ms. Sparrow held office and department director positions for a Primary Family Health Clinic and the Department of Defense (DoD) Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, respectively.
