Tim is the Executive Vice President in charge of National Security and Intelligence Services.  Mr. Armstrong leads Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) technical support services activities for the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), and various interagency efforts. As a senior leader and executive, Mr. Armstrong is responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and contract requirements.

Mr. Armstrong has 30 years of experience in leadership, resource and project management from the Marine Corps. He commanded at all levels and retired as a Colonel and Chief of Staff of the Marine Corps Training Command.  He has extensive knowledge in training and operational support.

Mr. Armstrong has a B.S. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University, an M.A. in Military Studies from the Marine Corps University, and a M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
