MASPEC, LLC Joint Venture, including Project Enhancement Corporation and MAS Consultants & Point Six, Awarded Five-Year Contract Training Support Services for the Office of Secure Transportation

September 1, 2026: Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC), a leading government contracting firm specializing in environmental, health, safety, and national security solutions, is pleased to announce that MASPEC, LLC (MASPEC), and unpopulated SBA-approved Mentor Protégé joint venture (JV) between MAS Consultants & Point Six Inc. (MAS), and Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC), has been awarded the five-year Training Support Services (TSS) contract by the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Security Transportation (OST).

Under this contract, MASPEC will provide support in a range of specialized training and exercise support programs, including advanced tactical training, operational readiness training, force-on-force assessments, leadership and instructor development, curriculum development, and exercise execution support. MASPEC’s tailored training support will also include specialized firearms and close quarter battle training, testing and readiness evaluations, joint training exercises, range operations, and other mission critical activities that enhance OST operational capabilities.

Additionally, our staff will provide OST federal agents, candidates, and employees with instruction in commercial vehicle operations, physical fitness and readiness, law enforcement procedures, and communications, ensuring that OST personnel are prepared to support OST’s critical mission.
